How EscapeRoom.center creates, reviews and corrects cost information.
Our editorial goal is to make repair-cost research easier to understand without pretending that a website can diagnose a building or produce a binding contractor quote.

1. Editorial responsibility
EscapeRoom.center is published by ARBIL. Micaela Huarte is responsible for the site and its editorial standards. Articles may be prepared with research, drafting and analytical tools, but responsibility for publication remains with the site operator.
2. What our cost ranges mean
Published ranges are planning references. They are designed to communicate order of magnitude and the variables that usually move a project. They are not offers, appraisals, insurance estimates or guarantees. A real project must be measured, diagnosed where necessary and priced locally.
3. Scope-first methodology
Every cost guide is organized around scope. We identify the repair or replacement method, quantity, materials or equipment, access, permits, specialist work, disposal and restoration because these items explain why two quotes with the same project name may differ materially.
4. Sources and verification
When we use external factual material, we prefer primary or authoritative sources where practical, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, manufacturer documentation and established industry references. We avoid presenting anonymous forum claims or a single contractor advertisement as universal market evidence. External sources are used for context; local quotes remain the appropriate source for property-specific pricing.
5. Updates
Pages show an update date when reviewed. High-value topics may be updated when costs, standards or common practices materially change. We also review links and page functionality as part of site maintenance. Historical wording may be revised rather than preserved if it could mislead current readers.
6. Corrections
Material factual errors are corrected when identified. Readers can report an issue at arbilsuministros@gmail.com. Include the URL, the statement in question and, where possible, the supporting source. We do not require payment to consider a correction.
7. Advertising and commercial influence
Advertising may appear on the site in the future, including advertising delivered by third-party networks such as Google. Advertising relationships do not buy favorable editorial treatment. Ads should be visually distinguishable from editorial content. If affiliate links or sponsored content are introduced, they will be disclosed.
8. Professional limitations
We do not claim that editorial cost guides replace licensed contractors, engineers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, inspectors, restoration specialists, insurers or local authorities. Safety-critical and regulated work should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.
9. Internal linking
Internal links are selected to help readers move between related cost reports, category indexes and calculators. They are not paid placements. Start with the Cost Index, explore the Calculators, read About EscapeRoom.center, or see the Disclaimer.
