Counter-Notification (Response by the Accused Party)

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in question, unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

EscapeRoom Radio reserves the right to terminate access for users who are deemed repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
